Service terms
Effective September 27, 2026. These terms describe Takt, operated by RevenuePilot, for business use. A signed order or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. Visiting this page alone does not enter your organization into a paid subscription.
Ready for lawyer review. Pending Shaun. A SaaS lawyer should review this draft once before a pilot signs. It is not legal advice and it is not a signed agreement.
Agreement and service scope
The customer is the organization identified in a mutually accepted order or agreement. Only a person authorized to bind that organization may accept a service agreement. The agreed order defines workspaces, permitted users, enabled features, term, price and any service levels. There is no automatic purchase or charge from browsing the site. We grant authorized users a limited right to use Takt for that customer’s internal operations during the agreed term.
Accounts and customer responsibilities
Customers manage authorized users and their permissions, protect credentials, maintain accurate information, and promptly report suspected account misuse. Do not share personal sign-in credentials or access another organization’s information. Customers are responsible for having appropriate rights, notices and lawful instructions for information submitted to Takt, including employee and third-party information.
Permitted use
Do not use Takt unlawfully, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape other customers’ data or conduct unapproved production security testing. Do not upload payment-card data, credentials, highly sensitive personal information or regulated data requiring special contractual controls unless those controls have been agreed. Notify us privately of suspected vulnerabilities using the security page.
Operational decisions and AI
Takt supports recordkeeping and coordination. It does not operate machinery, certify safe isolation, replace approved plant procedures, or provide professional engineering, medical or legal advice. Authorized personnel must verify physical conditions, production and quality decisions. AI is optional, may be incorrect or incomplete, and requires human review. Customers control the decisions and record changes they authorize.
Customer data and intellectual property
Customers retain their rights in their data. They authorize RevenuePilot and its providers to process it only to deliver, secure, support and administer the agreed service, comply with law, and follow documented instructions. RevenuePilot retains rights in Takt’s software and service materials. Customer data is not licensed for advertising or model training. The privacy notice and any agreed DPA explain data handling.
Fees, support and availability
Fees, payment dates, taxes, renewal and cancellation rules are those expressly agreed in your order. No uptime percentage, guaranteed recovery objective, 24-hour support or response deadline applies unless stated in that agreement. We may maintain and improve the service and will communicate material operational changes where practicable. Report support issues with their reference number; an email receipt does not establish resolution.
Suspension and ending service
We may restrict access as reasonably necessary to address misuse, a serious security threat, legal requirements or a material breach. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Either party may end service according to the agreement and applicable law. Coordinate authorized export and deletion before ending service; legal retention, audit integrity and backup expiry may limit immediate deletion.
Risk allocation and disputes
The service is provided with reasonable care within its agreed scope. We do not guarantee that software will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any negotiated warranty, liability limit, indemnity, governing law or dispute forum must be set out in the customer agreement; this page does not invent those terms. Parties should first contact their designated representatives to attempt a good-faith resolution.
Changes and precedence
Material changes will be dated and communicated before applying to an existing agreement where required. A signed agreement takes priority, and an applicable DPA controls conflicts about processing personal data. Continued website browsing does not amend a signed customer agreement. Contact support for an order, agreement, privacy request or business contact details.
