Privacy notice

Effective September 27, 2026. RevenuePilot operates Takt. This notice describes how we handle information when you visit this site, use Takt or contact us.

Ready for lawyer review. Pending Shaun. A SaaS lawyer should review this draft once before a pilot signs. It is not legal advice and it is not a signed agreement.

Our role and your workplace

RevenuePilot handles account, service administration, security and support information to operate Takt. Your employer or the organization providing your workspace decides why and how plant records are used. We process those records for that organization under its service agreement and data processing addendum. Ask your workspace administrator about workplace monitoring, access and their privacy notice.

Information we handle

Account information includes your name, email, sign-in and membership information. Plant records may include job assignments, equipment, maintenance, production, training, quality and safety information, attachments and audit activity that your organization submits. Service information includes request identifiers, timestamps, browser/network information available to our hosting providers, security events and app version. Support requests include the information you choose to send and the account and workspace needed to investigate.

Purposes and legal basis

We use information to provide and secure the service, manage access, investigate failures, answer requests and administer customer agreements. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing our agreement with an individual customer, legitimate interests in running and protecting a business service, legal obligations, or consent where required. Organizational customer data is processed on the customer’s instructions. We do not sell personal information or use customer records for targeted advertising.

AI is optional

When enabled for your workspace, requested AI features send purpose-limited context and selected images or text to OpenAI. API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default; Takt disables optional sharing and requests that responses are not saved. This is not Zero Data Retention: provider abuse-monitoring records may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer for legal or safety reasons. Processing may occur globally. Review your workspace AI policy before including information.

Cookies, local storage and external services

Takt uses session cookies and browser storage for authentication, workspace selection and interface preferences. Our current site does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are requested from Google, which receives standard browser request information. Hosting, email, storage, enabled sign-in and AI services receive the information needed for their functions. See the subprocessors page for our service inventory. A third-party link is governed by that provider’s own notice.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and operational information for the active service relationship and as needed for the agreed retention policy, security, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Audit history, accepted operational records and backups can have different retention requirements; removing a member does not erase plant records. Request a specific retention schedule and an export or deletion review through support. We verify authority and explain applicable exceptions and backup expiry. No automatic deletion deadline is promised on this page.

Transfers and safeguards

Our providers may process information outside your country. We review the applicable transfer requirements with each customer before accepting a restricted regional deployment. No exclusive regional storage, international transfer certification or GDPR compliance certification is promised. Where a transfer mechanism is legally required, the customer agreement must identify and complete it before that processing starts.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or an objection to processing, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Contact support to make a request; we may verify identity and authority. For plant records, we will coordinate with the organization controlling those records. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. Takt is a workplace service and is not directed to children.

Updates and contact

Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and communicated to customers where required. Use the support contact below for privacy requests or to request RevenuePilot’s business contact details. A signed agreement may provide additional contacts and protections.
